Depends on the season, our venue comfortably accommodates 50-250 guests most of the year. However, during colder months (Jan-Feb), 50-100 is more suitable and comfortable. Also, this is depending on the setup (e.g., seated dinner vs. cocktail reception). We can provide floor plans for exact layouts.

Availability varies by season—peak months like June and September book up fast. Check our online calendar, send over a chat message, or call for real-time openings; we recommend booking 12–18 months in advance.

Yes, we have customizable packages starting at $X per person, bundling in-house catering, basic decor, and AV setup. A la carte options are available for flexibility.

Depending on what the customer requires, rental fees range from $5,000–$20,000 for the 48 hours stay on the property. You have the choice of 4 ceremony locations.  Whether you want to overlook the lake, the pond, get married under a large Oak Tree, or indoors in Cana, we can accommodate your desire!

Absolutely— we welcome preferred vendors with no exclusive contracts. Just provide their details for approval, and note any setup/teardown fees for off-site pros.  However, if you choose our preferred local vendors, you will likely save money for your event.

Our outdoor spaces seat up to 250 with natural lighting and a ceremony arch; indoors, Cana fits 100 with climate control and a backup for rain. Virtual tours are available.

We provide parking on premise.

We provide full bar services with licensed bartenders; BYOB is not allowed due to liability. Packages start at $25/head, including beer, wine, and signature cocktails.

Yes—our venues have covered patios, indoor, or tent alternatives. We’ll coordinate with you 48 hours prior and cover setup transitions at no extra cost.

Somewhat customizable— from rustic to modern. We would just need to understand your vision to determine what is possible!

Setup/Check-In begins at 11am the day before the event; guests must be checked out at 11am after the 2nd night.  Teardown and clean up begins after the 48 hours has expired.  There is a fee for any guests still on the property after 11am.

We prohibit open flames besides the firepits, confetti, and glitter to protect the space, but sparklers are okay in designated areas. Fireworks require permits and aren’t permitted on-site.

Yes, our dedicated bridal suite includes mirrors, vanities, and a lounge area for up to 10 people. Groom spaces are available in Agape and Cana.

Full ADA compliance with ramps, accessible restrooms, and wheelchair-friendly paths.

Tours are available weekdays by appointment and select weekends. Virtual options via Zoom are free; in-person tours are $50 (credited toward booking).

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 90 days prior. Cancellations within 12 months forfeit the deposit; force majeure clauses apply for unforeseen events.

We provide basic sound systems, projectors, and microphones. DJ would have to supply their own booth or set up.

We design seamless transitions with timed schedules: ceremony to cocktail hour (30 mins), then reception. Ushers and signage help guide guests.

Yes, within 30 mins, several hotels and AirBnB’s are available.

You will be hard pressed to find a property that has as much versatility as Lakeside Ridge.  You can have an Oak tree ceremony in the courtyard, or by the pond with serene surroundings, or a wedding with breathtaking and picturesque lake view with blue bonnets and Indian’s paintbrush in the background.
